Brimstone Coffee Co. started with a simple belief: that the best cups of coffee happen when you slow down and actually talk to the person across the counter.

We roast in small batches right here in Christmas Valley, sourcing beans from farms that treat their land and their people with the same care we bring to every pour. Our pastries are baked every morning — no shortcuts, no frozen dough, just flour, butter, and a little patience.
